TLS connection integration tests

As evidenced by the merge of https://github.com/deephaven/deephaven-core/pull/6401 (reverted via https://github.com/deephaven/deephaven-core/pull/6420), we should aim to have integration tests that exercise basic connectivity via each of the clients when the server has TLS enabled.
