- Fixed watch error, mocha was not specifing correct folder
- Updated `mocha`, `terser-webpack-plugin`, and `webpack` to latest versions
- Fixed error 130 when `ctrl+c` on `watch` (the `|| true` part tells the system to throw a successful exit code.)
