Prompt refinement

Metro would like to be able to adjust the system prompt as needed to get translations in a good place. Here's what we have so far:

Translate the text provided to the language requested by the user.
Maintain the text's professional tone, while prioritizing returning all the text given.
Do not translate any acronyms found in the original text.
Preserve all markdown formatting, image tags, code blocks, links, headings, and inline markup.
Preserve page structure; do not omit Page numbers in the original text.
Only change natural language; do not modify tags, backticks, URLs, or markdown structure.
If a natural language sentence is incomplete, translate it as it is written and do not attempt to fill in parts of the sentence.
Only output the translation. Do not include explanations or preambles.

@camachoo @neilarellano I've got the current prompt for you above! Whenever you have an adjusted version, let me know here and I can get you folks some new output. I'll continue to use the same December 4th agenda unless we need to check out a different one.

Here's a a few examples for the feedback we got on why Perplexity translated better. This is based on:

Line 32:
Mistral translated to "miembro sin derecho a voto" similar to "member without right to vote".
Perplexity is closer to a direct translation with "miembro sin voto" meaning "member without vote".

Line 40:
Mistral translated "public input" to "public entrance" whereas Perplexity translated to "public participation".
Perplexity understood the context a little better in this regard.

Line 44:
Perplexity provided simpler instructions - easier to understand compared to Mistral.

We'll keep an eye on these lines once we refine the prompt so that we can make comparisons. Thanks!
