The pdk rewrote this file, but this module uses beaker tests, which pdk doesn't even support currently.

This adds support for
lsyncd::processto define systemd unit-based instances oflsyncdwhen the system being configured uses systemd.A few changes to ancillary files are also introduced from the pdk, when they didn't look harmful to the existing beaker test setup.
