1. created test-remove-when-done team (Adam & Atalya) in the hasadna. Gave triage permissions for repo
2. created branch protection rule for branch test-migration -> require signed commits
3. created repository secret test-migration-secret = secret
4. created test migration issue and assigned Atalya
