Make proof of concept for generic DAN component in altinn studio

Description

Make a generic altinn studio component that can be used to select any dataset available from data.altinn.no. When selecting dataset, be prompted to add required tokens and keys.

Underlying implementation can use the danclient, https://github.com/data-altinn-no/altinn-apiclient-dan/tree/main, similar to how current studio implementations of dan datasets would work, but in a way that a no-code user could also implement it.

Calling the DAN /metadata/evidencecodes should provide necessary data in order to fill in datasets

Create following prefill config definition:
