1. @yaron2 - Raised the topic of submitting Dapr Agents into the http://aaif.io as a new project.

• The maintainters would remain the same
• The project itself would remain in the Dapr Org
• Dapr agents proposal approved unanimously (4 votes)

2. @paulyuk - Asked on the investment and commitments from each of the STC members orgs when contributing to Dapr project

• Yaron/Mark covered Diagrid commitment to workflow, APIs and components across the clouds

• Diagrid continuing major workflow investment with cryptographic signing feature in v1.18

  Dapr Workflow & Security Enhancements

  • Tamper-proof event logs with full provenance chain
  • Each workflow step cryptographically signed and attested
  • Downstream subscribers can verify specific entity performed each activity
  • Critical for enterprise payment processing and AI agent workflows

• Microsoft maintaining substantial workflow investment
  • Azure durable task scheduler shares DNA with Dapr workflows
  • Quality and operational management on Azure remains top priority
  • Cross-cloud customer recommendations increasingly pointing to Dapr over Azure Functions
• Streaming support coming in v1.19 for conversation API
  • HTTP streaming already supported in v1.17
