Participants permissions management for room owner in daily prebuilt

Why you need this

Please allow the room owner to manage video audio and screen sharing permissions for participants in daily prebuilt. This will help our users easily moderate group meetings. They need the ability to revoke audio permissions when a participant is disruptive. But they don't also want to kick them out because they will calm down in a bit. We use daily for peer support groups.

Also, the ability to grant screen sharing permission during the meeting is quite important as well. The owner of the meetings do not want all users to share the screen. So having the ability to manage this permission would be a great help.

Alternatives you've considered

We’ve attempted to develop our own system embedded within the daily pre-built, triggering changes behind the scenes. However, it has proven to be ineffective and doesn’t function as anticipated.

Hi! How were you implementing your own permissions behind the scenes? We have APIs for doing this and I want to make sure you were using the best ones and if so, better understand how those were ineffective.
