I have a win7 vm, the error is "wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." So I made this fix.

I'm not sure if this is a universal fix for all windows, but it is tested in my windows 7 x64 sp1. |

The current logic is: 1) response packet does not have "server" header; 2) "expires" header is "0"; 3) "cache-control" header is "no-store,no-cache,must-revalidate,post-check=0,pre-check=0"
