What problem are you facing?
Raised in #348 (comment).
Crossplane v2 provides support for activation policies to disable unused managed resources and reduce the number of CRDs applied on the cluster which lowers the resource footprint and helps improving the API server performance. Providers need to implement safe start to disable unused controllers.
How could Crossplane help solve your problem?
The provider needs to be extended to support safe start.
