Add linting and format

This adds a lint workflow, fixes some issues and ignore the bigger ones for now

I Continued working on the linting using ruff and mypy as well as fixing all issues.
For my feeling, the cooker.py grows a bit too much, so i separated the easy stuff out. Maybe that will be good enough.
