pypi version of dataduct is out of date - implicitly depends on requests #269
Description
Looks like dataduct depends on requests, but the most recent version on pypi.python.org (0.4.0) doesn't list it as a dependency. I see that requirements.txt was added in commit 8f23570 on Jan 3 2016 but the latest upload to pypi.python.org was Nov 19 2015. It seems that the corrective action should be to upload the latest version to the python package index.
