Test latest depinject and latest api in v0.50

I am going to try to use this in a v0.50 chain and see what pops up.
As depinject imports api it may be fine in v0.50, but it won't work for sure in v0.47.
I'll try to make v0.50 use latest api as well to see what's up as well (as we'll eventually need to bump api in depinject)

Tested and tagged: https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/releases/tag/depinject%2Fv1.0.0 / https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/releases/tag/core%2Fv0.11.1 (for v0.50)

v0.47 and earlier aren't supported: ref #21024 (comment) / #21023 (comment)
