Follow up fix for #7944
On startup, last session = session id, not last session id

Fixes startup session loading to open the most recent session instead of an older one, so the correct conversation appears on launch.

• Bug Fixes
  • Track the initial session ID using state, falling back to lastSessionId.
  • Replace loadLastSession with loadSession({ sessionId: initialSessionId, saveCurrentSession: false }).
  • Add initialSessionId to the effect dependencies.
