[BUG] Single-line visual selections are not pushed to claude.

Bug Description

Single-line visual selections are not pushed to neovim.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run nvim, then :ClaudeCodeStart
2. Run claude, then /ide to connect.

Now check single-line visual selection and multi-line, and see if claude is aware of the selection. This is without ClaudeCodeSend.

Expected Behavior

Claude is always aware of the selection.
