Fixes DEVX-2437

Unrelated but this PR also stops prettifying routeTree.gen.ts, its already in the .prettierignore file and when developing with vite it keeps getting regenerated with diff formatting.

This is a screenshot of the KV Local Explorer interface. It shows a search box with "api" entered as a prefix, and three KV entries displayed that all start with "api:" (api:base-url, api:rate-limit, and api:timeout-ms). The interface has a clean, modern design with a sidebar showing KV namespaces. Not a cute animal, but it is a well-designed UI. 9/10 for visual clarity.
