NetBox autopopulation of sites provided by remote sensors doesn't always happen correctly

When data is being forwarded from a remote Hedgehog sensor, the site is not always autopopulated even though the autopopulate feature on Malcolm is turned on. The issue is that a few of the places in logstash/pipelines/enrichment/21_netbox.conf wasn't passing in the flag correctly
