BUG : if you rename the file uploaded on the google drive,u can't grab it with wget / python script or curl anymore.

I've realized that if u upload a file in the google drive folder and then you rename it,the ID number is still the same,but for some reason,you can't download it anymore with wget. I tried different tools to get it,included your,everyone failed.
