Missing methods

Hi,

there are some methods in the plugin thar are not available in the cn1lib. For example startAdvertising or stopAdvertising.

I may be interested in adding them as well. Having the code and cordova bridge in place should make it easy.

Actually looks super easy. I'll fork it and see what I can do. I've never made a plug for CN1.
