This is my first time adding an architecture to Spandrel, hopefully I didn't do too badly. A few parameters don't seem to be inferrable from the state dict, so I left those at the defaults.

The lint failure is in DAT and HAT, seems unrelated to this PR. A few of the pyright warnings are arguably legit though, I'll try to fix those.
