Reference: Removed totalDifficulty from Blockschema ethereum/execution-apis#570
Watcher v0.2.98 is used in https://github.com/cerc-io/azimuth-watcher-ts
Fix in main: Set block totalDifficulty to zero if not available in JSON-RPC response #540
