Fixes a naming inconsistency in the CloudFront metric factory by changing the request count metric label from "Uploaded" to "Requests." Due to special handling in the
toRatemethod onMetricFactory, this also changes the label for request rate metrics to "TPS."By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache-2.0 license
