expose reading a jsonl file of retrieved results in the retrieve_and_rerank

The data module has a helper function to load retrieval requests from a jsonl file:

read_requests_from_file

exposing this as an option in retreive_and_rerank script can make the script more usable.

A flag name like --retrieved_results in run_rank_llm should take care of it.

Can we do --retrieved-results instead of --retrieved_results?

This would require all the flags to change not just this one. I have created an issue for the flag name refactoring if you really prefer '-'. My two cents: I prefer '_' since with '-' search tools fail to find all the instances of the arg.
Let's say you want to do a git grep to change the flag name everywhere, code, docs, etc, with '-' you need to remember to replace both matches.
