Update installation instruction in Readme file

First, thank you for this library.

I noticed a mismatch between the installation instructions in the README file and the paper. For me, the installation steps in the README were a bit confusing. I wasn't sure if I needed to clone the repository and follow the installation steps to import the classes from the code snippets, or if there was a simpler way to install it using pip. Then I read your paper accepted at SIGIR (congratulations!), and I found that there is indeed a command pip install rank-llm[all] for easy installation because it isn't in readme file this command. I believe this should be explicitly stated in your README file for facilitating the installation steps.

I am having similar issues with regards to the yaml files. My rank-llm version is 0.25.0, but when I try to run my code, I get the following error message:

ValueError: Prompt template file missing or not found.

I also followed the README and ran pip install rank-llm[all]. Here is the code I'm running in order to try reranking with RankZephyr ( I am just trying to score random documents, do let me know if I am doing something incorrectly):

@mjacob1002 thanks for raising this issue, the problem was not updating the default prompt template paths.
PR #289 should take care of this.
I have also released a new version (0.25.6), install it and you should be fine
