add total credit feature

Hi @carlosedp ,

Thanks for your great software, I was wondering if you can add this extra feature of having a total credit for the user and every quota is deducting from it till final one then sending out of credit CCA?

This will make it more like real charging systems.

Sorry but this would require setting a user database-like and implement the logic to deduct the amount.
While a neat feature for showcase, I don't have too much time available now to implement.
It would be a nice thing to get your feet wet...
