Support for 9.16

Can i get the current release of ros-bridge to work for 9.16? If yes, what are the minimal changes that will help me use it. Also what are some major problem that i might face by this workaround?

I am currently working with 0.9.16. I changed the version number from 0.9.13 to 0.9.16 here, and it worked.
