This PR updates the membership link here, but there is still at least one other reference to the deprecated https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Membership in templates/pro/why-pro.html:78. Consider updating that page as well (or adding a follow-up issue) so all Ubuntu Pro pages point to the same current documentation URL.
