Welcome to the PCAP-core wiki!

The original intent of this project is to support the ICGC/TCGA PanCancer Analysis of Whole Genomes project (PCAWG). As this is now winding down and cancerit both developed and continue to use some of the core components this is a fork of ICGC-TCGA-PanCancer/PCAP-core.

The codebase has been cleaned up to remove any code specific to the legacy project.
