docs(mcp-client): Add new standalone mode operations to documentation

• Add newly added MCP connector standalone mode operations (List resources, prompts, read resource, ...)

Related to camunda/connectors#5841

@afgambin @maff I worked a bit on the MCP client documentation to add the standalone mode operations I worked on.

As a result i tried to restructure the content to improve the structure, so that it follows the element template itself and reduce duplications.
