Update documentation around element templates version field

When users don't specify an element template version value, it might generate unexpected/inconsistent behavior in WebModeler, as you might not see a published element templates.

We want to document that we recommend always specifying the version. As part of our documentation related to managing element templates, we would like to add here this recommendation.
