Since pytest 7.2 also requires python>=3.7. This should help the pip resolver find a solution faster.

Alternatively, if you create the tag with GitHub releases, it has a nice mechanism to generate release notes from pull requests. |

@simahawk it'd be nice if you could cut a release with this to avoid confusion.
Longer term, we should try to remove the dependency on pytest internals.
