Redesign PR

I have redesigned the whole extension UI to be more sleek and simple. Features default dark mode with tint of green, floating toolbar, cleaner settings.

Here are a couple things I want to improve.

Include a link to jadeship and the logo here:

Too many agents

This isn't only an issue on weidian anymore.

We have a couple choices here:

• make the toolbar wider
• hard-limit the amount of agents
• change the warning to be general, not weidian related, but keep support (with bad UI) for people that really need it.

Given this is open source software, we should probably not limit how users interact with the extension, so the last option might be the best.

@nwvh hey, do you think you have time any time soon? or do you want me to finish this. I've been waiting with the latest release, it's no problem if you need more time, but then I'll release an update now.

With Mozilla and Google, you can't just release as often as you want, it needs to be bundled.
