Sort of. Some of the points with a 0 elevation are more than 100m away from the nearest point with altitude. In that case I leave it. It's already getting more complicated than I initially wanted the algorithm to be. If we want some robust cleaning of the files that's a bit of a project of its own, here it's really to solve most of the easy cases
