Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM-exception
to
Apache-2.0 WITH LLVM-exception OR Apache-2.0 OR MIT
in accordance with bytecodealliance#987. All contributors have signed off in bytecodealliance#987 and
the license metadata and such here match the `wasi-rs` repository in the
bytecodealliance organization as well.
