Since release 1.9.8, buildkite-agent-scaler is available in both x86_64 and arm64 architectures. This pull request allows selecting architecture for all Lambda functions used within Elastic CI Stack, including buildkite-agent-scaler, via LambdaArchitecture CloudFormation parameter.
