Adds `stack_deployed_by` Agent Metadata, which is hardcoded in the stack to CloudFormation, and will be hardcoded to Terraform from the module.

Adds new
stack_deployed_byAgent Metadata tags to properly identify which IaC method was used to deploy the Stack. As such, this also hardcodes the value "CloudFormation" in the stack when passing the variable to the user-data templates.This will be counter-parted in the Terraform version, too.
Updates
README.mdto include a note about the Terraform Module, matching the Terraform Module'sREADME.mdreferencing CloudFormation.
