[BUG] getting started documentation should be changed to `# pot create -p mypot -t single -b 14.0`

Is currently `# pot create -p mypot -t single -b 12.1` which does't work anymore, reporting  "###>  12.1 is not a valid release"

`-b -list` could make suggestions, if it were added (feature suggestion)
