Missing Shortcut Option for Toggling Vertical/Horizontal Tabs #52874

Hello,
A few months ago, I was able to customize the Ctrl + S shortcut to toggle between vertical and horizontal tabs. In the recent Brave builds, this option no longer appears to be available in the shortcuts settings.
Was this change intentional? If so, could you clarify whether the feature has been removed or relocated? It was a very useful shortcut for quickly switching between tab layouts.
