Unlike debian that pulled heif libs when install vips-dev, alpine need to install this heif separately.

Thank you! I think the current debian build also does not have this. Or at least last time I tried to use it, it did not work, but my memories are foggy in this regard. |

Oh, yah that time we don't touch debian base yet, as we consider this something experimental thing. I will send PR on debian later. |
