This PR updates majority of the packages to latest LTS
Angular v16 ->v19 (v20 does not work with some of the dependencies)
Node v18 -> v22 (v24 does not work with some of the dependencies)
alpine 3.17->3.22
Dropped amrv7 for alpine, keeping it for Ubuntu. Not great, but not terrible. I'm considering keeping it dropped as RP2 used it the last, which is more than 10 years old.
This would simplify a lot of things in the future.
Also had to drop csrf, which is a security issue. We need to fix it before the next release. #1008
