This PR fixes Android MVP flow issues reported during testing.
Summary of fixes:
Unified drawer behavior across screens and removed duplicate Profile entry.
Added/standardized bottom profile-initials section and settings access behavior.
Added “Continue as Guest” in login flow.
Fixed scrolling issues in Profile and Assigned Request screens.
Added tap-to-dial for phone fields in Assigned Request and My Help Requests.
Improved profile/request data handling for blood type normalization and location (district/neighborhood/address) consistency.
Cleaned profile details view by removing unnecessary descriptive subtitles.
Scope:
Android-only functional fixes for navigation, UX consistency, and data mapping.
