The current documentation does not include a clearly defined scenario and structured mock-up for the user registration and profile setup process.
Although the requirements are specified under the Registration and Profile Requirements section, there is no dedicated scenario describing the user flow (from sign-up to profile completion), nor visual mock-ups that reflect these requirements.
This makes it difficult to trace requirements to user interaction flows and UI representation.
Proposed Improvement
Create a dedicated scenario page for User Registration and Profile Setup that includes:
- User persona
- User goals
- Preconditions
- Main flow steps
- Acceptance criteria
- Edge cases
Additionally, add visual web mock-ups (Sign-Up Page, Profile Page, and Privacy Settings Page) that directly reflect the defined requirements in Section 1.1.
This improvement will ensure traceability between requirements, scenarios, and UI design, and will enhance the clarity and completeness of the documentation.
