Click at FSCONFIG_CMD_RECONFIGURE . You will see:
"No definitions found in the database
No references found in the database"

But it is defined here:

https://elixir.bootlin.com/linux/v6.17-rc6/source/include/uapi/linux/mount.h#L104

FSCONFIG_CMD_CREATE_EXCL is not clickable at all

With the current ctags instantiation, we don't have the issue:

But, see 0e846cc. Notice the above contain the CONFIG_ substring. We need to do a full reindex for this to get sorted out.
