Allow Suppliers to Upload images

I think it is a little inconvenient for suppliers to create products but the admin has to upload the images for them. I am sort of new to the rails framework so I understand how stuff is put together but it is still a challenge for me to actually put the code together myself. How can I change the code to give suppliers the ability to upload images and not just the admin?
