Add TLS Support to RediStore & Update Dependencies

• Added TLS Support: Introduced a new function NewRediStoreWithTLS which allows for creating a new RediStore with a TLS connection to the Redis instance.
• Dependency Updates:
  • Added an indirect dependency on github.com/gorilla/context v1.1.1.
  • Populated go.sum with checksums for the current dependencies.
• Minor Code Improvements:
  • Fixed a minor comment format in the redistore.go file to improve readability.
