- Add plugins state and playerID to undo/redo entries.
- Only allow players to undo/redo their own actions.
- Improve undo/redo validity check in master (fixes Undo / redo validity condition seems wrong in the presence of stages #565).

#823 added plugin state to the undo/redo stacks, but didn’t ever restore it. This tests for that and correctly restores plugin state.
