Temporal types have equals and compare methods. When I was writing temporal_capi I exposed all regular methods over temporal_capi, but I didn't expose these methods.
We should do that, and probably also just go through the list of methods in the temporal spec and ensure they are all exposed in capi, or have a filed issue as to why they are not exposed.
