Data volumes for
geth_traceshave increased substantially. After splitting the Airflow taskexport_geth_tracesinto multiple parallel tasks (#105), we still find that it can take several hours depending on node performance. This PR to help manage schedules better; also to provide more detailed config for managing worker resources.
