shaders don't work

I downloaded everything according to the instructions on Github, created the shader and config folder, but when I load the MPV into the player, the combinations of the control +1 buttons and so on do not work

Windows 11 (reinstalled a couple of days ago before I had MPV with shaders and it worked)

graphics card rtx 3070 ti

The version of MPV is the latest stable one that is available on Github (I created the folder for unarchiving MPV on the desktop, after which I used win+r to create the config and shaders to find the appdata folder)

I would be grateful if anyone has encountered this and knows how to solve the problem

Hello again, I was able to solve the problem myself, it turns out there are several instructions for downloading MPV and shaders, I originally got it from here

However, in these instructions there is no mention of the fact that you need to create another config so that the MPV can work with shaders together, but I was able to find that file in the installation instructions here
