️🛠 - Build binaural beats oscillator #5

It would be really cool to do some experimentation with binaural beats and make a generator at the very least.
Potential ideas for controls:
- Tune - The frequency center
- Speed - The difference between the two waves, corresponds to the speed of the binaural "beat"
Might be cool to play with an LFO modulating the phase of one of the two oscillators.
Thy name shall be "Lily".
